Guild Name Tag (Members Only)

The Guild provides new members with their first name tag, usually with first name and last name initial.  Members may order a second, or replacement name tag to be picked up at a guild activity.  Please email your name as you would like it to appear on your Name Tag to membership@uvquilters.org   You may be contacted by the Membership Chair for clarification.
